Nomination Eligibility:

All Nominees will be invited to the Awards evening, date and venue may vary from year to year.

Nomination forms will be published in the Nanaimo News Bulletin, available on the Chamber website and at the Chamber office. Completed nomination forms must be returned to the Chamber office by the nomination close date. Please note the following conditions:

Nominee has not received a Sterling Award in the past 3 years
Business nominees must posses a legal business name and be licenced within the City of Nanaimo
Individual nominees must reside and/or work in Greater Nanaimo
Nominees must have access to email and be willing to communicate electronically

Judging Process:

Nominations are judged by an impartial panel of business representatives. Once all nominations have been sorted into the different categories, all qualified nominees will be required to complete an information questionnaire that will be forwarded to them by e-mail.

The judges will determine the finalists in each category. Please note that the judges reserve the right to reassign the category of the nominee.
